KEUKA PARK, N.Y. – A pair of second-half goals along with a four-point outing from
Piper Andrews '26 secured three points on the road for the Elmira College women's soccer team as the Soaring Eagles defeated the Keuka College Wolves 3-1 on Wednesday.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Elmira opened the scoring just over seven minutes into the contest as Piper Andrews '26 netted her sixth goal of the season. Faith Ingber '26 was credited with the assist after playing a ball through the Keuka defense to Andrews.
- The Soaring Eagles doubled their lead early in the second half as Rachel Bortnick '25 found the back of the net in the 55th minute to make it 2-0. Andrews notched her first of two assists in the match to set up Bortnick's third goal of the season.
- Tierney Krawczyk '27 would put the Purple & Gold up 3-0 in the 64th minute. It would be Andrews who set up Krawczyk for her first goal of the season for the Soaring Eagles.
- Keuka spoiled the shutout bid for Elmira goalkeeper Nevaeh Winston '25 with a goal in the 75th minute as Peyton Miller found the back of the net off a breakaway for the Wolves.
- Winston finished the contest with four saves for Elmira as the Soaring Eagles finished the night with a 7-5 advantage in shots on goal.
UP NEXT: The Soaring Eagles host SUNY Brockport in an Empire 8 matchup on Saturday at 1:00 P.M. Elmira will also recognize the Class of 2025 with a ceremony on Saturday.
