KEUKA PARK, N.Y. – The Elmira College Men's Basketball team dropped its Friday evening matchup to the Wolves from Keuka College, 93-72. The Wolves would gain a 15-2 advantage out the gate, which would ultimately prove to be enough in its victory.
For the contest, the Soaring Eagles were paced offensively by Carter Seeberger '26, who finished with 16 points on 4-of-5 shooting from beyond the arc, as the sophomore guard has increased his shooting percentage from three-point range to 57.5% for the season.
A trio of other Soaring Eagles would break into double-figure scoring, as Riley Spencer '26, Tyler Cardello '26, and Marc Anthony Artuz '24 each recorded 11 points.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Wolves would jump out to a 15-2 lead in the first 6:33 of the contest, before a three-pointer from Owen Evans '26 ended the 4:50 Soaring Eagle drought. As the half approached its midway point, Elmira would see its deficit shrink to as little as six points, before another run to end the half for the Wolves saw Elmira trailing by 14 at the break.
- For the half, the Soaring Eagles would shoot 11-of-27 (40.74%) from the floor, compared to a 16-of-31 (51.6%) effort for the Wolves.
- In the second half, the Soaring Eagles would see a slight uptick in its scoring, but Keuka held the 48-41 advantage in the frame.
- Keuka controlled the turnover battle, 22-6, which led to a 35-2 advantage in points off turnovers for the contest. Additionally, the Wolves would control the second-chance points battle 20-9, as they held the 12-10 battle on the offensive glass. Elmira would see 39 points from its bench, while Jack O'Grady '26 grabbed a career-high eight rebounds to lead all of Elmira on the glass.
