PINE VALLEY, NY – The Elmira College Soaring Eagles were on the wrong end of a 2-1 final on Saturday in a game marked by penalties called on both teams.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
The Seahawks came out strong, scoring just 66 into the game via a power play.
Eric Bertelsen '28 got on the scoresheet for the second-straight game with a power-play goal late in the first period, tying the game at one. Bailey Krawczyk '24 tallied an assist on the freshman's marker.
A late power-play goal from the Seahawks was enough for them to squeak out a 2-1 win.
Brody Haynes '26 finished with 24 saves while Cayden Berry stopped 28 in the blue for Salve Regina.
