ELMIRA, N.Y. – The Elmira College Department of Athletics is excited to announce the opening of vendor registration on Sunday, June 1. The 2025 Under the Dome Craft Fair held on Sunday, December 7, 2025 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Murray Athletic Center.

REGISTRATION DETAILS
Booth Information
- Types of Booths available: Regular Booth and Electric Booth
- Spaces will be approximately 10' across by 10' deep
- Regular Booth Spaces are $65 each - ** Limited to 185 spots **
- Booths with Electric are $85 each - **Limited to 55 spots**
- Space is allotted subject to availability and will be assigned according to when payment is received
- Set up will be Saturday night from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Sunday morning from 6:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
- All booths are to remain set up until closing time on Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
- Student-athletes will help with set up and take down on Sunday, if interested!
- Anticipate 100+ booths!
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- No refunds for cancellation
- All payments must be processed with a credit card.
** DISCLAIMER: Elmira College assumes no responsibility for multiple vendors from the same company. If you purchase two different types of booths (ex: electric and non-electric) in the same order, the booths will not be placed next to one another at the event. Purchasing two of the same booth types ensures placement next to each other. **
