Lauren Miller's triple just before the end of the quarter pulled Elmira within two as the Soaring Eagles headed into halftime trailing, 27–25.
Stewart scored the first points of the third quarter, but the Cardinals extended their lead to four before a three-pointer from Mosch made it 31–30.
