BRADFORD, Pa. - The Elmira College men's lacrosse team traveled to the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford for a matchup versus the Panthers. The Soaring Eagles could not overcome a slow start as they fell, 18-10.

The Panthers started strong, taking an early 5–0 lead before two goals by Austin Jerzak helped the Soaring Eagles cut the deficit to three. Pitt-Bradford responded with two more goals to take a 7–2 lead at the end of the first quarter. Goals for EC by Jack Samek and Corbin Melie opened the second-period scoring, and after some back-and-forth action, the Soaring Eagles went into halftime trailing 11–6.
Jerzak's third goal of the game opened the third period, and EC continued to fight back as John McLachlan's goal brought them within three. With just under two minutes remaining, the Panthers found the back of the net to take a 13–9 lead into the fourth. A dominant final quarter by the Panthers saw them score five more goals, while Jerzak added another for EC, making the final score 18–10 in favor of Pitt-Bradford.

Austin Jerzak led the way for EC with 4 goals. John McLachlan totaled 6 points, and Corbin Melie finished with 3 points.
