Empire 8 President's List (Spring 2020)

2020 Season
Called out of the bullpen once during the shortened 2020 season...Gave up two runs on one hit and one walk in two-thirds of an inning at Stevenson (3/1) in his lone appearance.

2019 Season
Earned a career-high two wins, going 2-1 in eight games out of the bullpen...Recorded one strikeout in 7.1 innings...Did not allow a run across his first 3.1 innings of work, including a season-high 2.0 innings in a 12-5 victory over Houghton (3/29)...Earned the win in a 7-4 triumph over Bard (4/17) with 1.0 hitless inning...Was credited with the decision in a 9-8 walk-off win at SUNY Canton (4/28).

2018 Season
Made two appearances on the mound as a freshman, logging 1.1 scoreless innings...Earned his first collegiate strikeout against Houghton (4/21) to strand the bases loaded in the bottom of the eighth...Hurled a season-high 1.0 innings of one-hit ball in a scoreless outing against Penn College (5/2).

Before Elmira
A 2017 graduate of Laurens Central High School in Laurens, New York, where he played baseball, football and basketball...Was twice named a Tri-Valley League All-Star on the diamond...Earned Sixth-Team All-State honors following his senior basketball season.

Personal
Mason is a Biology major. He is also a member of the EC men's basketball team.
