Tyler Dibble '15

Tyler Dibble ’15 begins his second season as the assistant men’s basketball coach at Elmira College during the 2017-18 academic year.

A familiar face around the men’s basketball program, Dibble rejoins the Soaring Eagle squad after a successful four-year playing career from 2011-15. He made 71 career appearances for the Purple and Gold, helping the Elmira men produce a pair of back-to-back double-digit win seasons during the 2013-14 and 2014-15 campaigns. Prior to the 2013-14 season, Elmira had not had a 10-win season in 11 years.

Dibble spent the majority of his time on the court as Elmira’s top defensive player, matching up with the opposing team’s best offensive threat each and every contest. In his four-year career, Dibble amassed 192 points, 129 rebounds, 56 assist, 29 steals and 10 blocks, as well as an impressive .507 career field-goal percentage. He also served as a captain for the Soaring Eagles during his senior year.

Dibble is a 2015 graduate of Elmira College and is pursuing a master’s degree in General Management.
