Empire 8 Rookie of the Week (1/20/20)

2023-24 Season
Played in 17 games for the Soaring Eagles in his fifth season in Purple & Gold, making eight starts…averaged 1.7 points, 1.7 assists, and 2.4 rebounds while playing 15.8 minutes per game…posted a season-high four points on three occasions, reaching that total against Nazareth (Jan. 5) and in both games against St. John Fisher (Jan. 6, Feb. 2), while he also notched a season-high five assists in the first matchup against the Cardinals.

2022-23 Season
One of five players to play in all 25 regular season games for head coach Casey McGraw, averaging 2.0 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 2.0 assists per contest while averaging 22.4 minutes per game…scored a season-best six points against SUNY Cobleskill (Nob. 15), while bringing in a season-high in rebounds (8), against Medaille (Jan. 31)...against Cobleskill, recorded five steals and five rebounds to go along with his six points, while establishing himself as a high-minute player, ranking second on the team amongst qualified players.

2021-22 Season
Appeared in 24 games, making 24 starts...led the team in minutes, averaging 31.3 minutes per contest which was nearly two minutes greater than any other player...led the Soaring Eagles in assist/turnover ratio (1.97) while finishing second in steals per game (1.4)...recorded a season-high 13 points against Houghton (1/28) where he also collected 10 rebounds for a double-double...collected a season-best 11 rebounds against Cortland (11/20) while adding eight points and three assists...was held off the scoreboard in just one game during the season while finishing the season averaging 6.9 points, 6.2 rebounds, and 2.4 assists. 

2020-21 Season
Appeared in all 11 games for the Soaring Eagles, tallying six starts in 24.4 minutes per contest...finished the season averaging 6.5 points and 3.0 rebounds...scored a season-best 17 points in the season-opener at Nazareth (3/3) on 6-of-10 shooting (3-of 3 from deep, a team-best)...followed up with a 16 point outing against St. John Fisher (3/5) in which he also tallied four steals which was a single-game best for the team...shot 10-of-13 from the free throw line during the season and 7-of-22 from deep (31.8%)...finished first on the team in steals per game (1.4), fourth in scoring average, and third in three pointers and assists, and assist/turnover ratio. 

2019-20 Season
Was one of four players and the lone rookie to appear in all 25 contests…Made 12 starts and averaged 18.3 minutes per game…Averaged 5.0 points, 2.0 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game…Made his collegiate debut and scored eight points in the season opener against Keystone (11/15)…Dished out a season-high six assists and grabbed five rebounds against Penn College (11/26)…Added seven points with a 75.0% mark from the field off the bench against McDaniel (12/15)…Registered eight points, six rebounds and two assists against Sage (1/11)…Did a little bit of everything with 20 points, five assists, three steals and one rebound with a 69.2% field goal percentage against E8 foe Alfred (1/18)…Tallied eight points, three rebounds and two assists against Hamilton (1/21)…Added seven points and four assists against Utica (2/1).

Before Elmira
Played football and basketball at Pelham Memorial High School in Pelham, New York...Had nearly 1,000 receiving yards and scored 10 touchdowns on the gridiron, while averaging over 17.0 points per game on the hardwood...Earned All-Conference accolades and played in the Lower Hudson Basketball Coaches Association Senior Game.
