Rudolph helped lead the Elmira College baseball team to their first win in program history on Saturday against Houghton College. After starting in the field for the first two games of the three-game weekend series with the Highlanders, Rudolph took the mound for the second game of the Saturday's doubleheader. He scattered 11 hits and allowed four earned runs in 8.1 innings pitched while striking out five Houghton batters. He threw 135 pitches before handing the ball over to Zack Stone '18 with a 9-3 lead in the ninth inning, a game which Elmira eventually won, 9-5.
 
Rudolph and the baseball team play the first of seven games this week later this afternoon as they travel to take on the University of Scranton at 3:30 p.m.
