BROCKPORT, N.Y. -- SUNY Brockport produced four goals in the first half and cruised to a 6-0 victory over the Soaring Eagles men's soccer team on Saturday evening. Elmira created four shots on goal but could not convert any chances. Elmira goalkeeper Giovanni Garufi '22 made five saves in the match.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Brockport's Matthew Stefaniw produced a hat trick in the first half with goals in the 3rd, 24th and 31st minutes. The Golden Eagles would score on a strike by Josiah Fragnito to push the team's lead to 4-0 before half. In second half Colton McCane made it 5-0 on goal assisted by Brian Fornelos, it was McCane's first of the season. In the 78th, Cody Shelock capped off the scoring to make it 6-0, the goal was assisted by Nick Van Wie.
