PITTSFORD, NY – The Elmira College men's wrestling program dropped a pair of dual contests at the Cardinal Tri-Meet hosted by St. John Fisher University on Wednesday. The Soaring Eagles won three weight classes in a 38-15 defeat against Utica.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Hollis Berry '25 would get the Soaring Eagles onto the scoreboard in their matchup against the Utica Pioneers as he delivered a victory via fall at 157 pounds.
- Bryan Stafford '26 tallied three points with a hard-fought 11-7 decision for the Soaring Eagles wrestling at 174 pounds.
- The dual between the Soaring Eagles and Cardinals would conclude with Nicholas Lopez recording a forfeit victory for the Purple & Gold at 285 pounds to round out the scoring at 38-15.
- Darius Green '24 secured the lone points for the Soaring Eagles in their dual against St. John Fisher as Green would be victorious via forfeit at 285 pounds.
