ELMIRA, N.Y. – A late goal with 13 minutes left in the second half downed the Soaring Eagles on Tuesday afternoon in a non-conference match against the Union College Garnet Chargers at Campus Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Owen Everett's third goal of the season put the Chargers ahead only a minute into the second half. Everett's goal was assisted by Grant Della Rocca.

Ole Esselmann '28 tied the game for Elmira in the 53rd minute with his first collegiate goal.

The freshman's work would be undone in the 77th minute as Wyatt Goldfisher scored off an assist from Gio Capellino, putting Union ahead 2-1.

Asher Ellis '25 finished with six saves in net for Elmira. Jackson Magee made one save for Union.
