BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The Elmira College Soaring Eagles fell 3-2 on the road to the SUNY Brockport Golden Eagles on Saturday afternoon. Goals were scored by Pietro Gallina '26 and Horacio Viscioso '26.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Brady Reinagel opened the scoring, making his mark in the 16th minute and putting the Golden Eagles ahead 1-0 early. DJ Taylor picked up an assist on the match's goal.
Gallina tied it at the 20:00 mark for Elmira, with Vicioso notching an assist, giving him a multi-point day.
Three minutes later, Alex Rivara put Brockport back in front, capitalizing on a penalty kick.
Reinagel struck again for Brockport after the break, putting the Golden Eagles up 3-1 in the 67th minute.
Vicioso answered, pulling the Purple & Gold back within one. EC couldn't muster any more offense and the 3-2 score held final.
Juan Carlos Cruz Gandia '27 made three saves during the match.

The Soaring Eagles will return to the pitch on Saturday, October 26, at Campus Field against the Nazareth Golden Flyers. The final home game of the season will begin at 4:00 PM and the team will recognize its seniors before the match gets underway.
