DALLAS, PA. – Elmira College women's basketball went down to Dallas, PA and came away with another win, improving to 4-1 this season with a 61-51 win over Misericordia University.
D'Asia Jones '25 led the Soaring Eagles with 18 points.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Elmira enjoyed a good shooting day from the field, converting 22/52 attempts, good for a 42.3% clip. Another stout defensive effort from the Purple & Gold held the Cougars to just 32.2% from the field (19/59).
The Soaring Eagles also forced 15 turnovers.
Amarionah Dixon '26 came away with four steals and Neveah Winston '25 had three steals of her own.
Behind Jones' 18, Winston finished with 15, and Dixon rounded out the top three with 13, for a trio of Soaring Eagles in double digits.
