ALBANY, NY – The Elmira College Soaring Eagles left town for a brief one game road trip on Tuesday night, visiting the Gators of Russell Sage College. EC dropped the matchup, 89-62.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
Riley Spencer led EC with 19 points. 13 of his game-high total came in the first half. Spencer also had a good night from deep, shooting 55% (6/11).
Kelton Brown '28 (14) and
Chris Woodard '28 (12) each finished in double digits as well. Brown's nine rebounds are a new career high, as well as one shy of his first career double double. Woodard also had a good night on the glass, pulling down seven rebounds.

Owen Evans '26, and
JJ Babcock '26 were the only Soaring Eagles to finish with multiple assists, each dishing out two helpers.
Evans chipped in with six rebounds, a season high, in his third consecutive start of the season. The third-year forward also set a new season-high with 21 minutes played in the loss.
The Gators were led by Jden Golding who finished with 18. Four other players finished with double-digit points for Sage en route to its 10th win of the season.
