ROCHESTER, N.Y. – The Empire 8 released its selections for its women's field hockey All-Conference awards on Monday morning, with sophomore Madison Fleming '27 taking home Third Team honors for Elmira. This is the first player to garner All-Conference honors since 2021 where Kristen Tull '22 was named to the All-Conference Empire 8 Third Team. Additionally, Caitlin Ehlenfield '27 was named Elmira's representative for Empire 8 Tomorrow's Leaders Team.

Fleming was a staple in the Elmira College women's field hockey team, scoring three goals with six assists for a total of 12 points on the season. Additionally, in 15 games played she recorded 913 minutes. Fleming recorded a season high two goals against Cedar Crest against Cedar Crest on September 13 and five shots against Keuka on October 22. She led the team in assists.
