Elmira took a 12-9 lead with three-consecutive points before Bard rallied late for a 23-20 lead. Trailing 27-26 with match point on the line for the Raptors, EC secured three consecutive points for a 29-27 set win.
  • The fourth set was Elmira's best after taking a 3-0 lead and holding the lead throughout the set. Bard rallied to take 16 of the last 29 points, but it wasn't enough to overtake the Purple and Gold.
  • The fifth set was tight early with three ties through the first 10 points, but after the teams switched sides at 8-6, the Raptors took seven of the last 11 points for the match win.
  • Aimee Bridges '29 led Elmira in kills (12) and aces (5) to help spark the team to a deciding fifth set.
