2023 Elmira College Athletics Hall of Fame BanquetThe 2009 Laura Hurd Award Winner as the top women's ice hockey player in NCAA Division III, Coady was a two-time AHCA All-American in 2007-08 and 2008-09 for the Soaring Eagles. She was named the 2009 ECAC West Player of the Year and was a three-time captain for the Soaring Eagles (2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09). Coady ranks second all-time in program history with 182 points, 82 goals, and 100 assists. Her 56 points during the 2008-09 season are the fifth most for a single season at Elmira, while her 35 assists that same season rank fourth all-time.

Coady netted 17 game-winning goals during her career at EC to go along with a program-best 25 power-play goals. She helped guide EC to a pair of ECAC West Championships along with a victory over Wisconsin-Superior in the 2007-08 NCAA Third-Place contest and a run to the National Championship contest during the 2008-09 season against Amherst. EC compiled an overall record of 84 wins, 25 losses, and 5 ties during her four seasons on the ice.
