OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Elmira College Men's Golf Team placed 8
th in the SUNY Oswego Fall Invitational this weekend held at Oswego Country Club. After shooting 383 (+99) on day one of the event, the Soaring Eagles were able to put together a round of 348 (+64) on Sunday.
Shane Haviland '24 paced the Soaring Eagles after scoring a 78 on Sunday, placing him T-14
th individually for the tournament.

Finishing tied for 14
th place, Haviland shined on Par 4s during the weekend, averaging 4.41 shots per hole (+9 total). In addition to his success on Par 4s, Haviland was able to notch three birdies on the weekend, tying him for 6
th out of all participants.
Nicholas Domitrovic '24 was able to show his consistency, notching 17 pars over the course of the two-day tournament.

The Soaring Eagles will compete in the Empire 8 Conference Fall Championships, hosted by Elmira College, next weekend at Timber Banks Golf Club in Baldwinsville, New York. The two-day event is set for Saturday and Sunday.
