BUFFALO, N.Y. – The Soaring Eagle Men's Golf team competed in the Medaille College Fall Invitational hosted by Diamond Hawk Golf Club on Thursday, placing 4^th in the event. Nick Domitrovic '24, Shane Haviland '24, and Derek Countryman '23 paved the way for the Soaring Eagles, each finishing with a 91 (+19) on the day.

1. Pitt-Bradford: 326 (+38)
2. Hilbert: 354 (+66)
3. Keuka: 358 (+70)
4. Elmira: 369 (+81)
5. Medaille: 391 (+103)

 
For Countryman, it was a bounce-back round, finishing 12 strokes better than he shot a week ago at the Elmira Fall Invitational. Just one participant (Broderick Kamuda | Pitt-Bradford) was able to break into the 70s on the day. For the tournament, ten individuals scored in the 80s, as the three previously mentioned Soaring Eagles finished T-14^th in the event.

The Soaring Eagles will compete in their first multi-day event of the season this weekend when they pay a visit to Oswego Country Club to take part in the Oswego State Invitational this weekend. Tee time is set for 11:30 AM on Saturday followed by an 11:00 start on Sunday.
