OSWEGO, N.Y. – The Elmira College men's golf team finished up the second round of the Laker Fall Invitational on Sunday afternoon, hosted by SUNY Oswego. The Purple & Gold finished the second round posting a score of 328 (+44), which placed the Soaring Eagles eighth in the tournament.
On day two of the invitational, the Soaring Eagles received all of its scored rounds from scores of 82 (+11), coming from Jack Finnerty '23, Shane Haviland '24, Chance Gorman '24, and Nicholas Domitrovic '24.
Additionally, Gorman and Tyler Scott '26 each improved their scores from day one of the tournament, as Scott posted an 86 (+15), improving his round by 11 strokes, while Gorman improved his round by four strokes after shooting 86 (+15) on day one.
