Hanes continued to show her mastery of the EC offense as the setter compiled over 100 assists as the women's volleyball team went 2-1 on the week. Against Penn Tech on Tuesday, Hanes notched a season-high 50 assists, coming one assist shy of matching her career high. She also tallied six digs against the Wildcats and added two kills as EC won 3-1. Then, at the Hunter College Tri-Match, Hanes totaled 57 assists, 11 digs, one kill, one ace, one solo block, and one block assist as the Purple and Gold split with Hunter and Rutgers-Camden.

Hanes and the women's volleyball team continue their 2014 season this Saturday, October 25th as EC travels to Utica College to compete in their last Empire 8 Tri-Match. Elmira takes on the Cardinals of St. John Fisher College at 2:30 p.m. before going up against Utica at 5:00 p.m.
