Fournier had a career performance, scoring two goals and adding one assist, as she helped the Soaring Eagles to a 4-0 shutout victory over Utica College in their only game this week. The senior midfielder helped the Purple and Gold get on the board in the seventh minute, setting up classmate Mackenzie Donohue '15 for the score. Fournier then doubled EC's lead 13 minutes later as her give-and-go with Mollie Hamilton '15 left her with just the Pioneer keeper to beat. She put the exclamation point on Elmira's victory with her second score of the evening in the 70th minute.
 
With the win, EC finished the regular season with a 7-6-3 overall record and are eligible for the ECAC Tournament for the first time since 2004. If the Soaring Eagles are selected for postseason play, the ECAC Tournament will begin on Wednesday, October 12th.
