Aidan Gray '19 scored the first three goals of his rookie campaign to help the men’s soccer team stretch its unbeaten streak to five games, with a 3-2 win over Marywood University on September 30th and a 4-2 victory against Empire 8 Conference foe Utica College on October 3rd.
On the road against the Pacers, Gray scored the first goal of his career in the 71st minute to knot the game at 2-2, setting up the Soaring Eagles to complete a miraculous comeback after trailing 2-0 at halftime. The freshman from Forestville, Australia, then scored twice to help EC earn its first road over Utica since 2009. He broke a 1-1 tie in the 56th minute with his first tally, and then recorded his first multi-goal performance with a score in the 85th minute.
