Elmira College Athletics

Germano returned to his reigning Empire 8 Rookie of the Year form scoring four goals in a 3-0 week for the Elmira College Men's Soccer team. The sophomore came up huge tallying a hat trick against conference rival Alfred University, including the eventual game-winner in a 5-2 win. He followed that performance up by scoring the game-tying goal in a 2-1 win against Pitt Bradford on Sunday. On the week Germano was incredibly accurate placing six of his eight shots on goal, with half of his shot attempts finding the back of the net.

The Soaring Eagles return to action Tuesday when they host SUNY Institute of Technology at 4:00 p.m. on Campus Field.
