Mark Brado Jr. '22 had a hand in two of the three goals scored by the EC men's soccer team last week, helping the Soaring Eagles extend their win streak to three consecutive contests – the team's longest win streak since the 2012 campaign.
In a mid-week matchup against Pitt-Bradford at Campus Field, the second-year forward from Livonia, New York, picked up his first point of the season with an assist on the game-winning goal, as the Soaring Eagles defeated the Panthers by a 2-0 score. Brado then made his second consecutive start, played a season-high 68 minutes and tallied the only goal of Saturday's 1-0 victory over Sage in EC's conference-opening tilt.
At 5-2-1, Brado and the EC men are off to their best start since opening the 2012 season with eight wins in a row. They'll look for a fourth straight triumph when they head to SUNY Delhi on Wednesday, September 25, at 4:00 p.m.
