In the final game of his collegiate career, Jacob Mattice '21 helped the Soaring Eagles defeat Medaille College by a score of 13-6 on Campus Field. On Class of 2021 Recognition Day, the fourth-year goalie from Canton, New York, produced a game-high 13 saves and collected three ground balls. The six goals allowed are the second-fewest Mattice surrendered in a game in 2021.

Not only did Mattice surpass 100 saves for the third time in his four years in Purple and Gold, he moved into a tie for fifth place in program history with 10 career victories. Mattice will also graduate fifth all-time with 557 career saves.
