Kelsie Aloi '21 had a breakout game for the Purple and Gold, guiding the field hockey team to its biggest victory of the season against Wells. The third-year forward tied a program single-game record with a career-high four tallies, as the Soaring Eagles downed the Express by a 10-0 final score. With eight points, the Moravia, New York, native tied her total from all of 2018 in just 37 minutes on the pitch, helping EC reach double-digit goals in a game for the first time since 2013.

Through the first five games of the 2019 campaign, Aloi sits second on the team and is tied for sixth in the Empire 8 Conference with four goals.

Aloi and the Soaring Eagles will embark on a three-game road trip, which begins on Tuesday, September 17, at Keuka. The non-league match is set for a 7:00 p.m. start under the lights in Keuka Park, New York.
