Zoltowski averaged an impressive 17.7 points and 9.0 rebounds for Elmira in three games this week as she became just the fourth player in school history to eclipse the 1,000 point plateau. Zoltowski, just the second junior in EC history to accomplish the feat, finished with 20 points and a game-high 13 rebounds as Elmira picked up an important, 61-58, conference win over Alfred.
Friday against Stevens she finished with 16 points, six rebounds and four steals. The Erie, PA native capped off her week with a 17 point-eight rebound and three-assist effort against Hartwick. Zoltowski now has 1,031 career points in the Purple and Gold.
The Women’s Basketball team returns to action Friday when it travels to take on Nazareth College beginning at 6:00 p.m. The Soaring Eagles return home Saturday for a 2:00 p.m. tilt with Utica College.
