Schepers paced the Women’s Lacrosse team with three points in a crucial 11-8 road conference win Saturday at Alfred. The senior finished the day with a goal and two assists adding a ground ball and caused turnover.

She fed Moorea Spoljaric ’16 for a goal with just more than seven minutes remaining in the first half to give Elmira a 4-3 lead. With 17:13 remaining in the game the Elmvale, Ontario native found the back of the net on an unassisted marker to give Elmira an 8-6 lead. Schepers made a great pass to Natalie Robinson ’15 with less than five minutes on the clock and an extra attacker to give EC and important insurance goal as they went up 10-7.

The Women’s Lacrosse team returns to the field today when it travels to take on the University of Scranton beginning at 6:00 p.m.
